CIALACIBU 2023, will be held at the Conmebol Convention Center, Asunción (Paraguay). The convention center has capacity for 2,500 people, and is the establishment with the largest capacity and equipment in the country for events. This convention center houses the Official Museo de la Confederación Sudamericana de Fútbol, a thematic museum dedicated to football, from a historical and cultural perspective. The Conmebol convention center is located just 100 meters from the Bourbon Conmebol Convention Hotel. The commercial area of Asunción is located 15 km away. The convention Center is located on Avenida Autopista and Avenida Sudamericana, just 6 minutes (3 km) from Silvio Pettirosi International Airport, the main airport in Paraguay.
